I've spoken to him twice over the last year by phone.The last time was awhile ago.Never had any problem with Frank putting me through to him.He was great to talk to.It's funny how when the sp retreats people want to talk to him.Havent read many posts,so some may have a need to speak to him.
If you would've told me the sp was where we are now ,awhile ago,I would've taken it,and I'll take it now.If you get spooked easy(which the pros love)just maybe the spec end of town isnt for you.Goodluck to all.
