Indeed written submissions from the public are invited by the closing date of 29 April 2021 (and which submissions themselves become public documents):



ADN have announced the lodgement of the MLA with the Department, there is no need for the documents themselves to be released to the market (they are publicly available in any event). Any significant developments in the application process and of course the ultimate outcome will presumably be “material” and require ASX announcement to the market.

Yes the most recent announcement says ADN has DSO letters of intent for 405,000kt per annum (have not gone back to earlier announcements to cross check the numbers).

My reading of it is that ADN will be analysing different approaches in the DFS to evaluate the “best” approach (and possibly also to have room to pivot depending on what BOAs are signed, etc) as follows:

1. DSO in Stage One moving to on site plant to make refined product in Stage Two; or

2. No DSO and straight to on site plant to make refined product with either: (a) 500,000kt p/a straight away; or (b) two stage phased modular plant of 250,000kt p/a each (i.e start at 250,000kt and then step up to a total of 500,000kt of refined Great White CRM).
