Firstly, Happy Easter.
Hoping everyone's getting a well deserved rest whilst spending some quality time with family and friends.
Apologies' in advance for the long post.
We need to Ignore the noise and ask ourselves what has changed?
All I can see that has changed is the DFS/BFS being separated. I believe splitting the DFS is a positive and the correct way forward as the other revenue streams (concrete & coatings) are a lot more complex and have only recently appeared. I'm sure the metrics of these new products are still being understood and great margins being calculated. Lets focus on fast tracking our DSO and get $$$'s to continue the journey.
I invested into the ceramics and on the "rarity" of our Kaolin/Halloysite blend. Back then we were not even talking about the potential of our Halloysite, nanotech and other things I still can't pronounce.
As investors all we want to do is find and invest in a company that has future growth and robust economics. ADN ticks those boxes. Lets not forget ADN is still in the infant stage. We are going from explorer to miner in only a few years, James and the team should be commended on this achievement alone.
Let's look at a few facts (all written in the announcements) and put them on the table and ask ourselves, "is this an investment that has phenomenal economics and the potential for future growth?"
Also;
- Is James Marsh one of the most experienced people in the world of all things Halloysite with over 30 years experience?
- Has James secured the best ground in the world for High purity Kaolin / Halloysite?
- Is ADNs resource superior to the rest of the world in terms of brightness, low impurities, quality & quantity?
- Is the global supply of Halloysite / Kaolin near depleted whilst demand is increasing?
- Is ADN well positioned to be a world leader in this mineral with very little near term competition?
- Can ADN expand the business model by self funded growth and diversify their income stream - Ceramics DSO / Dry Processing / Wet processing / HPA feedstock / Concrete Additive's / Polymers & Coatings / Battery Tech / Nanotech / Carbon capture / Hydrogen Storage / Water Purification / Medical Applications & many more?
- Will it only take 1 of the the above to transform ADN into something extra special and propel the share price into the $'s?
- Has the Great White (The worlds largest known high purity Halloysite-Kaolin resource) mining application recently been submitted?
- Are we on track to break ground in under 11 months 22/2/22?
- Potential for debt payback within 15 months from production?
- ADN's Great White resource IRR 175% / EBITA $2.06B?
- $6.7M in cash to continue feasibility?
- Does Great White have 2 sub-domains consisting of a Halloysite zone (15.9Mt) and a Ultra Bright High purity domain ideally suited for coatings / polymers worth $1000 tonne?
- Is ADN's Current total combined resource over 100Mt with plenty of room for expanding?
- Does ADN's high brightness & low impurities reduce OPEX costs for end users?
- Has ADN recently had a 5000T BOA with a Japanese operation for ceramics for $700T?
- Is it true that the Japanese are very stringent in their product sign off and to get the tick of approval is a massive positive? (I work for a major Japanese company and can confirm they are extremely proud and failure is not an option)
- Is there offtake LOI's for approx. 1Mt/pa?
- Is there ongoing testing for the benefits of Halloysite in concrete and were they able to produce increased strength of 1.5Mpa after just 28 days?
- Are we expecting %100 owned Mt Hope Mineral resource upgrade above the current 18MT in the near future?
- Is Mt Hope open in all areas with up to 4 times the average of the Great White resource in thickness?
- Does the %100 owned Camel Lake have the highest known purity of Halloysite ever discovered and at surface?
- Has Camel Lake high purity Halloysite prospect been recently inspected with traditional owners and anthropologist?
- Has James publicly stated as soon as he can produce Halloysite a fortune 500 company in America will buy truckloads?
- Does Halloysite sell for up to 5000t?
- Is Halloysite nanotubes the most researched material in the world?
- Did ADN's Kaolin / Halloysite produce a purity of 4N 99.9946% on just 1 purification stage, confirming a world class feedstock?
- Does ADN have a 50/50 joint venture with MEP Natural nanotech that will have a $1.5M pilot production plant for creation of fullerines for carbon capture operational shortly?
- Can carbon nano structures from Halloysite increase the charge of battery's significantly by 4-5 times and these batteries are currently being produced by the university of Newcastle with ADN's halloysite? (EV 2.0)
- Is a full production carbon capture plant planned in 2 years near the port of Newcastle?
- Has GICAN's professor Vinu recently developed a unique Nano templating with Halloysite (don't know what this means but sounds good) for use on carbon capture?
- Does Nanotechnology carbon capture material sell for between $4-10 million dollars a tonne.
- Has James recently presented at an economic forum in front of state and federal politicians in South Australia where there where downstream Hydrogen users?
- And my favorite - Will the Poochera pub run dry when we all arrive in the near future?
I know I have just scratched the surface and many of you can probably add something else to the small list of questions as to why ADN will be a success.
I suspect we will continue to hear the same line from the jealous clan, "if halloysite can change the world then where's all these BOA"? I don't have the answer but I'm sure James has it all figured out. Let's not forget we only got the Great White resource upgrade at the end of November and we are still a distance from loading it on the ships. What does need to be highlighted is the significance of the Japanese signing off on our product for our first BOA.
It is Unfortunate that our threads have been run over by a select few with large social media followings.
They are showing their hand / motives with no facts of the ADN journey and looking at the now and not at the blue sky possibilities. I can only put it down to a jealousy thing or they are trying hard to get in at a cheaper price. Its a very Un-Australian way off doing things and not a trait that I would teach my kids.
In the short-term it gives existing holders or new entrants an opportunity to take a heavily discounted position.
Have a great Easter weekend legends and if your out and about safe travels.
