Sorry for the ignorance but does anyone know how shorters generally operate? Do they work as a group or individually or both? It seems there is a fair amount of co-ordination atm. How do they make sure no one breaks from the pack to (say) cover their own position because I imagine that could screw the strategy up for the others?
