Understand your frustration mate but every mining company I have invested in has taken much longer than I or other investors was happy with, to bring a BOA to a conclusion.
It is quite understandable when you are still over 12 months away from first production, why would a potential buyer sign up to a "BINDING Oftake Agreement" any sooner than they have to. By delaying a signature they buy themselves more time to explore other options.
If the ADN range of products are as good as we been led to believe, they will be able to market them to the world very successfully. It just may take 6 months longer than we had hoped for.
