I'm not experienced in the process of BOAs but I imagine it's not a straight forward thing that simply happens with quick turnaround times.
- Surely there's negotiation involved. This takes time as terms are laid out etc. There's probably a bit of back and forth between parties.
- Legal docs drafted and reviewed by both parties. There's probably a bit of back and forth between parties on this part too.
Does anyone have experience with the process and can shed some light on what's involved in the process?
