Well by next Friday you will have more idea. 5C due by then. One aspect not to be glossed over is the need for a capital raise, which suspect will become crystal clear at that point. Who will it be placed to?? Probably brokers who have shorted as a principal or prime broker not agent. That's why the price is crumbling. BTW if there was a material BOA it would need to be announced immediately, not wait for the quarterly
