well reasoned? Its generic and speculative. Try to find another company this close to production, with a NPV north of $500M, and a capex below $100M. There aren't many. Yep, ADN must fund the capex. That's how it works. But I'll tell you this, when I can borrow $1M tomorrow I have no doubt ADN can easily find a lender. The world is awash with cheap money looking for good returns. We have the safest jurisdiction, professional management, a high-demand commodity in low supply, and a very strong IRR. ADN will raise the money without breaking a sweat.

As far as offtakes are concerned, they will come. It was the mantra of another down ramper on different stock I own "where are the offtakes, where are the offtakes." Repeated endlessly. The offtakes came, and without so much as a pause or acknowledgement, the downramper moved to a different red herring. Either TheLoft doesn't grasp the significance of the Japanese OTA, or he/she is deliberately ignoring that. So, either TheLoft is a fool, or is trying to manipulate people. I suspect its the former.
