I'm going to have to light a fire tomorrow night as I am going past my fishmonger tomorrow and will hopefully grab some sea mullet to grill on the open fire tomorrow. The mullet should still be carrying eggs. I salt cure the roe. Autumn in Sydney - mullet roe and wild mushrooms from the Blue Mountains.
