TA used as a metric of analysis by itself, is equivalent to astrology. All these “patterns” are simply identified retroactively and then someone that is interpretive of being able identify long or short term macro trends.
I could just get a crystal ball, use it to interpret trends, spout some rubbish on social media and call myself a day trader.
A broken clock is still right twice a day.
