this doesn't help - "..less than 12 months from mining"

I doubt this is factual. the term used is "breaking ground" - thats slippery, marketing talk designed for an outcome. seems to be a bit of that.
breaking ground is not commencement of mining.
no mining permit
no environmental permit
no native title agreement
no land owner agreement
then theres;
flowsheet design finalised
offtake
financing
long lead items ordered
infrastructure
construction
commissioning
commencement

if you think all that happens in less than 12 months, you're kidding yourself. try 18 months - 2 years IF you have a good run.
