definitely worth thinking about by the ADN board. I did a bit more google searching and it seems it didn’t work out very well for get swift but ADN is a different matter. At least the board could get a legal opinion about it regarding likelihood of success, and have a plan in place for when Mr Fabrio attempts to retaliate on social media. Getting an opinion could be money well spent .
