Not desperate at all. I just find smug posts like that in an uncertain market cringeworthy. Go back and read through this thread. Its littered with people at 30c+ 'boasting' about picking up more shares at a discount and how stupid people are who are selling at those levels.
Those people are now sitting on a significant loss with potentially more pain to come.
Not sure if the intention is to make themselves feel better about their speculative gamble whilst a SP is plummeting or to try rope other gullible people into such a punt, but its just absolutely ridiculous IMO.
