Unfortunately the additional resource is not going to do a lot for the NPV unless it can all be sold within the same original 26 year LOM, which based on current communications looks unlikely. If it just gets added on to the end to extend the LOM then using NPV8 the value of $1 at year 27 is only $0.13, and effectively zero at year 100.
Whether NPV is the correct measure to value the company at this stage is a separate question entirely, but it is what will be in the DFS & BFS for the GW project.
