Couple of thoughts.
1.) MEP no.2 holder bought in post annual report and sold out prior to recent top 20 (April) ... was also in ADN top 10, I would guess no longer.... 17 mil shares.
2.) Shorters (The Big Dogs) not HC yappers, secured their 50 mil, would have then made calls to several top 20 and asked if the could have a lend of their shares as they were gunna short stock. They didn’t really want them as they already had what they needed .....they just wanted those holders to sell to start/ help the tumble. Pezz didn’t get a call .... as he is LT as stated numerous times on HC.
This is the type of BS ASIC needs to investigate by interviewing exiting large holders.... it’s not that far from blackmail by the shorters. The best thing it would be easy to prove.
Our regulator needs to get a backbone.
