Hi Pezz69, I see that a catalyst for change in a SP can come from anywhere (curve-ball announcment can send the SP up or down). So yes BOA/DFS/Take over/Insto's buying in/etc I agree with you. In my example, if I see a Director not holding (or not holding many shares) in his own company, then that ring alarm bells to me. Conversely, if a Director starts buying on market, then they have total confidence in the future of their company and that in turn reflects on the small retail investor and starts buying 'caus they think the 'Director knows best'. That then (I feel) would scare off or at least stop the shorting.
So buy up ADN Directors! We are!
