Yes I would, one has to have some skin in the game, otherwise there no loss on your part, nor confidence in your own company.
IMO
I own 100% of my company, started by putting my own hand in my own pocket, then you have something to loose.
As I expect my (our) Directors to, that's what we are paying them for.
