Hi SKman, the declarations have added up to around the 8 - 9 hundred million shares (so far) so there are still well over a billion shares in hands of holders who have made no 'declaration to hold' come hell or high water! You may be right or there could be another source for those shares so before tarring all 'declares' with the same brush of mockery I just wanted to offer an alternative view.
