To be honest, I’m a bit lost on that point. We all thought a BOA would settle things down and get us back into positive momentum but that has not occurred even with the BOA received is something that was better than the market was expecting.

Sure the shorts are having an effect but that is due to no buyers and more sellers. SP has no support so Shorts are having good success and until that changes they will stay as its easy money for them.

Maybe the market only cares about the concrete applications and not ceramics etc.

I would have thought we would have bounced back to 28-.30 on the BOA we received.
