    even a gold project that are a known quantity in WA with a real, liquid and non-opaque market do not get 100% debt.

    why do you think a ultra niche basically unknown industrial material with questionable ability to absorb more supply with management ( as far as I’m aware ) have no history of building or running such plants will have a better debt % than a stock standard gold project ?
