How deep are your pockets? Low interest rate loan from Pezz Pty Ltd to tie them over until they can sort the major funding? Payback once producing.
Avoid some dilution up front just for working capital...
There's still hope they can flick the non-core assets to raise cash to bridge the gap.
Some male modelling from J. Marsh on the side? Anything to avoid the working capital CR and the easy out for the shorts. Would be nice to stick it up em for once.
