Thanks I appreciate the dialogue, I am not always right and always happy to be wrong in these things as they are pure speculation most of the time. I respect your opinion re: cap raise think we largely agree regarding the placement of shares to certain parties.

I would however argue that I think even in that worse case scenario which I ascribe a very low probability (near no probability to really) of raising $100m and getting 550m more shares on issue - if you could guarantee me that they went into escrow to a tier 1 broker/bank with strategic influence / vision and showed a clear plan on how they would never need to raise capital again, you could maybe stomach it.

There are plenty of ASX stocks with billion dollar valuations with shares on issue in the billions.
