You don't want that in an annual report which has a much higher audit standard than half year review. Things have changed since that interim report as well in terms of timing. IMHO you just don't want that in your key public financial document if you are trying to market the product. Don't forget there is "Going concern" basis and "Material Uncertainty as to Going Concern". It's obvious they can raise the level of funds required to see these types of notes off but suspect they are maybe trying to be cute on timing. They basically have three months & an OK time line of non DFS news I would think.
