IF there in fact needs to be a CR, I'd like to see it done as 1) a small CR for now for working capital, etc, and 2) free options given to all SH, exercisable in future, to fund plant construction into production, etc

eg. 1) Raise $20 mill now. Ideally via rights or sophi's
2) All SH'rs to receive free options pro-rata, exerciseable say Jan 2020, exercise price say 25c that would raise another $100 mill at that time

That model provides funding now, doesn't disadvantage existing SH, and provides upside for all SH'rs. Ofcourse the SP has to reach the exercise price by early next year, but by that time, the DFS will be well & truly completed, more BOA's signed, and hopefully other opportunites eg cement, HPA, carbon capture, etc are further advanced.

This model was recently implemented over at RAC, where I know a lot of you are also, and was it very well received by SH & the market.
