The other thing not mentioned here, is our directors are major shareholders themselves. A SPP to holders will help them too, if the price is at a premium or neutral with free oppies. If it keeps shorters from getting there hands on cheap shares, when it comes time to cover, they'll have to pay a premium to buy them back, benefiting our board and their holdings also.
