Apologies to you for my misinterpretation.
I thought that if you going to the trouble and expense (for the Company) of calling an EGM that you would be pushing for the CR.
Instead of calling the EGM, why not just let management know what numbers you have garnered and that they want to participate in any CR.
I would want to be a part of that.
