A spp to existing shareholders with an option does not get the shortest to buy back.
Issuing options proportioned based on shares held at a future date. This would force shortest to buy back.
Or a reconstruction and a deal with MEP regarding their 25% and or the 50% nanotechnology. How the deal would play out not sure. This would be put to a vote.
