This CR has exposed the lack of business savvy and the naivety of the Chair & 1 or 2 others and in my view SH should use their collective power to move a few on. What they have done is inescusable and do not deserve a second chance. And given how valuable JM is to the Company , why have they not initiated a back up to JM as insurance --No succession planning , asleep at the wheel. Yes I am angry

These people sit on their arse plotting how many free shares/options can be allotted to them under incentive schemes
Immediate action is required to implement a succession plan.

An EGM is essential at the appropriate time.
If it wasn't for JM I would not be here , but I have great faith in JM's management ability and feel confident he will bring the Company to production and ultimate financial success. We are on the cusp of achieving that.
