I just don't get it! How can the Shorters be so bold to short a further 15M shares yesterday whilst the price is at 15-15.5c? To have any confidence of doing this, they would surely expect the SP to go to 10-11c or even lower - and, even at that, the risks are considerable considering the news that seems imminent. They knew something we didn't last time - so what's the story this time?
Could also be a scare tactic - borrow the shares to make it look like the short attack will continue but don't sell them. This would cost them the interest component though, so I don't see why they would do it.
Happy to hear anyone else's perspectives on this.
