    The shorters didn't need any set to do this. They knew when the price was over 30 that it was DEFINITELY going down due to a CR much much lower. They have been covering via the placement shares.

    If you or I got a tip of a takeover of a company at a much higher price and we acted on it, we would go to jail if caught.
