Given AS’s position with the respect to ADN and TC
and the fact it would appear a significant proportion of the placement shares were used to cover shorts it would perhaps not be unreasonable to ask the Board how the perceived if not actual conflict of interest was dealt with in relation to TC’s appointment as corporate advisors and their involvement in the placement.
