In reply to your last line, there’s only two ways they could have based their trades around 15c. They could have got lucky, realised adn needed cash, valued the company the same way a professional broker would (which is incredibly difficult and inaccurate when there is no cashflows), and then they would have had to ALL come to the conclusion the raise would be at 15c.
The second, most likely option is they got a tip off. The main instigator (or at least the loudest) confirmed this when he posted privileged information that only adn and the advisors could know
