I found this a few years ago and when it comes to ADN the point stating "I KNOW WHAT I OWN AND WHY I OWN IT" stands out the most.
All long term holders should remember that. The fundamentals are improving all the time. No point in fussing about the day to day rumblings caused by daytraders/shorters and the like. Just hold and watch your investment grow!!!!
