hope that was not directed at me, if it was you need to adjust your way of thinking on this thread, it was an educated guess based on my background, the figures would already be in place as they have had months to fine tune, any LOI’ s coming in would be very easy to accommodate, my reasoning is they only put in their announcement for by the end of September to cover any likely hitcups eg late minute changes, new LOI’s, exchange rates , transport cost increases etc etc, imo they will not wait for the actual end of September.
