Yes, that's right. Outstanding shorts as a percantage of total stocks issued shouldn't have changed much over the last few days of reporting.
Looking back a bit, Shortman's data for Aug 31 is exactly the same as that reported on Jun 2. Stocktrack is probably just leeching Shortman's reports, or vice versa.
