A mate of mine and I have been discussing ADN recently. He asked me what happens if MEP run out of cash and are unable to tip in their share of the JV?
Does the remaining 25% go to ADN by default? would this leave MEP open to have to sell their portion to a company who can contribute the required cash? I haven't been able to find an answer to this and it's one of his biggest questions surrounding ADN.
