I would like to think any potential CR would be offered through a SPP again to share holders before going out to sophs, we were massively over subscribed last time.
With the $45m we have in the bank - roughly 40% of the funds required - we are in a good position to debt fund our remaining portion... IF we needed to dilute further to raise I could only imagine it would be similar volume to the SPP just gone.... for example if we were to buy MEP's share of the JV. I'd much prefer the shares to land in LTH's hands than some fundies happy to screw us over for a pip.
