Agreed. I worked for them and can agree that they are well known for their “shrewd” business acumen. They are American after all, head office is in Pittsburg. A lot of the directive comes from there giving a heavily Americanised style of doing business.
So I was an interested onlooker at how the FYI deal might work out.
