Apart from frauds, the best shorts are single-dimensional, one-trick ponies. Even if you were an extreme cynic, ADN has a number of different strands which keep the story going for quite some time. HPA, cement, NNT, takeover of MEP. There was a price and a time for a (very good) short play on ADN. It's not now.
