Id be very careful all planning a mass buy. No different to the share price manipulation we have been on the recieving end of... ASIC has started clamping down on this. I do not want my biggest holding in the AFR labelled a pump and dump and the aftermath that comes with it. serisouly have a think about what you are saying...
