In my opinion I would see any unusual activity in buying might be an indicator that the ml is on the move. Like some drillers, talk can be loose amongst friends and family.
It's one way to top up your yearly civil servant wage.
There are too many departments with their ear to the ground and are the first to know. Water cooler talk is often common..
imo completely but might be a consideration.. It would in fact allay my impatience..
