If James is true to his word and says he has offers in the table but won’t sign them yet as other opportunities pending, we should trust him.
I actually asked him this question and as current contracts are enough to support finance they are hanging off for finalisation of European customer testing.
they can contract the whole amount to China if they want, holding off though for diversity of customer base
