Adding concrete into the DFS wouldn't require the same level of re-work as for adding PRM. The material used for HRM (the concrete rheology modifier) has been advised to be overburden to the Kaolin resource. Once they know exactly where it is via re-sampling of the cores they can in theory allocate a resource estimate based solely on where the mining plan already has them digging for DSO, CRM and PRM. This would be a timely way to add at least some HRM product into the existing DFS, a future update could add significantly more to the JORC in other areas perhaps.
If the DFS is close to being complete already (as James indicated), then the geologists should be free to focus on the HRM JORC whilst we wait for the MEP merger to be finalised. It could all fall together quite nicely.
