I agree. I'm not pissed off at all. The chair might not post his daily activity but as a non exec chair he is responsible for all the new exec hires everyone has raved about this year, plus a lot more. SP has tripped in last 12mths.
If you do not agree with the remuneration then vote that down but don't confuse the two proposals. Enforce the kpi's instead.
Do you think a low salary and hostile shareholders (after a 3 bagger year) is attractive to a new chair? Do you think we will attract the best of the best? The best of the best have done their time anyway. We will attract a lot of people looking to make their name... Who don't understand the company, the markets, the options, and will take 12mths+ to become effective.
James has said that he is happy with his board. Please don't meddle at this time.
