Yep. That's the easy 20%. IMHO there will be a reasonably long tail. People would do the arb at 8%+ (excluding BWY) given that this deal should settle around end February (there will be an automatic extension at over 50%). Any folks wildly bullish about BWY (sorry I simply cannot bring myself to use the new name, it's so shit) would do the arb in bucketloads - if they could - forcing the MEP price back up. No coincidence that the arb has widened out from basically zero+BWY.
