James is very naive doing these things. The company has a bidders statement out which is prospectus level disclosure and liability. If he is talking announcements he will be getting in strife. He needs to be head down until MEP finalised or ASX & especially ASIC will be snooping. The highly paid lawyers at Minter should be shutting him down with this promotional stuff for the time being. Gels with his comments about needing Grivas for the corporate stuff - but Grivas goes missing.
