Had the same thoughts myself but cannot believe that the Friday, Sat and Sunday acceptances were not considerably more than 1%. I think it is more rational to suggest that after Fridays ML announcement the team had a weekend celebrating and are a little dusty this morning....no doubt the announcement will appear a little later than usual....like tomorrow maybe!
