if the market cap is close to the limit of exclusion from the index they will ride a massive short-attack to get it under the market cap limit. vanguard will have to sell .

if we are well north of it, they will cover most of the volume.
but what if the merger does not take place and adn falls below 20 again?
assumed adn will need until end of feb to get to 90% in the second round, what will be done regarding dfs and rest of news flow? held back for another month ? i do not hope so.

90% positive vote really seems high atm.how many holders from many years ago are mep-shareholders and just do not follow the investment closely. hope they can all be contacted and convinced.
