You'd be playing with a loaded shotgun shorting a small cap that has the ability to substantially move higher off the back of one ann.
My assumption would be that BP either have bought the shares previously or are acting for a client that has purchased them via another broker and is using them to tip them out.
Anyway time will tell in terms of certain broker's intentions. I do want to see State One Stock back to 0 in theri holding before being comfortable that the churn at current prices has finished.
