Wow! Last year you moaned about being called names. I reminded you I've only responded when provoked, but agreed to hit the reset button. Now, with zero personal provocation, you make it personal, by calling me a d!ck. Why are you so emotional about this?

I put forward a reasonable case for ADN accepting under 90%. They have that option, regardless of how many words you write. Yes, they want a 100%. But if they don't get over 90%, they'll get to 100% quicker by accepting the shares (or by going unconditional to use the precise language you seem to expect), than going back to how things were.

And no, I won't be reading case law. Its irrelevant, because the chances of MEP holders launching civil action is almost zero. So it'd be irrational for me to waste time on it, particularly given I have a tiny holding. s232 is a red-herring. ADN's intentions are clearly outlined in the bidders statement. Why would I go chasing up hours with other documents, because some random anonymous dude says I should. Who the blazes are you to tell me how to spend my time?

If time proves me wrong, I'll admit it. But I doubt you would.
